All products, including but not limited to VIP tables, air suspension components, and custom interior items, are intended for display and show purposes only unless otherwise stated.

Okashi Auto Fashion shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage—whether to person or property—arising from the use, misuse, or installation of any products supplied.

3. Custom Orders (Non-Refundable)

All custom-made, made-to-order, or specially sourced items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.

Once a custom order has been confirmed and payment has been made:

The order is final
No cancellations or changes can be made

4. Production Timeframes & ETA

Custom and made-to-order items are manufactured specifically per order.

As such:

No guaranteed timeframes or estimated delivery dates (ETA) can be provided
Delays may occur due to manufacturing, supplier, or shipping factors

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these conditions and waives any right to cancellation, refund, or claim related to delivery timeframes or delays.

5. Customer-Supplied Information

Where products are sourced using customer-provided:

specifications
part numbers

The customer accepts full responsibility for the accuracy of this information.

Okashi Auto Fashion is not liable for incorrect items supplied based on customer-provided details.

6. Installation Responsibility

All products are installed at the customer’s own risk.

Okashi Auto Fashion is not responsible for:

Incorrect installation
Damage caused during installation
Compatibility or fitment issues

Professional installation is recommended where applicable.

7. Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary.

Okashi Auto Fashion is not responsible for:

Carrier delays
Lost or damaged goods once dispatched (claims must be made with the shipping provider)

For international orders:

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees

8. Warranty

Where applicable, products may include a stated warranty period (e.g., 12 months).

Warranty does not cover:

Incorrect installation
Misuse or modification
Normal wear and tear
Shipping costs related to claims

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval.

9. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are only provided where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Custom orders and made-to-order items are not eligible for return or refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Okashi Auto Fashion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services.
